The XW4-LMC is one of a suite of safety products from Xwatch that has been designed to couple clarity and simplicity with accuracy and reliability while complying with all the current industry standards. XW4-LMC is specifically designed to work on lorry mounted cranes. Height and slew limitation is controlled using custom built high pressure manifold with solenoid valves providing accurate and repeatable.

Height Limitation
Operation is fail safe and fully automatic with function selection never more that two key presses away.
XW4-LMC monitors all potential high points on the crane using sensors proven across the XW series product range. Warning of approach and motion control of dangerous movement at a limit maximises safe and reliable crane operation when working under overhead obstructions. Where dual operating controls are provided, XW4-LMC can be specified with two displays.
Slew Limitation
Single/dual parallel wall or angular limitation are available. When walls are in use, the front end equipment is also monitored and controlled for limit breach. Limits can be either manually keyed in or set by positioning the machine. If both limits are active, the system will automatically flip to the appropriate display should a hazard approach occur. Set up is simple, quick, and can be protected with an optional access key switch. All settings are retained and will be active on start-up.
