The Simple Safe Three is a no-nonsense pile monitor which consists of a colour LCD display. This is mounted at the operator station or within the equipment cab. The Dual axis MEMS angle sensor is mounted on the mast or attachment. All control is via the display push buttons, operation is simple and fool proof.

Angle sensors
Compact solid state 3 axis accelerometer with gyro compensation. Stainless steel, IP67. CAN J1939. Steel mounting bracket. Can be mounted anywhere on the front end equipment in any orientation. Direct drive performance.
Display
Solid state, IP65, RAM mount to window or dash. 4.3” or 2.8” backlit colour LCD. 7 x backlit, tactile keys. 1 x CAN bus. 11 - 30VDC.
Cabling
Industry standard multi-core screened with M12 connectors.
Control Module
The SS3 control module samples angle data 250 times a second providing precise control.
Components are supplied by a leading edge German manufacturer with a 50
year track record in industrial control. Reliability and longevity are key.
Bar occasional visual inspection, the system is maintenance free.
